The GEN II VPU when deployed with the FM53, FM54 or M53A1 Air Purifying Respirators; the most tactically advanced masks in the world, provides the operator with the best-in-class respiratory communications platform. This item is new. Comes with what you see in the post. Unit was never used. Originally developed for Special Operations. Unit comes with an on/off switch. Runs on CR123 battery lithium, last for up to 50 plus hours. Again, listing includes what is pictured. A TF12D prototype, a early one as well. Based off the FM53 Gas mask. Does not come with blanking plug due to it not being designed nor manufactured yet. No drinking tube, not designed yet despite there being a holder. Has a minor crack on the exhale valve cover, just over the drinking tube holder, due to the manufacturing process. 2 Original Conformal A2 P3 Chinese filters included. No scratches or marks of any sort anywhere on the mask.
