The ONYX transforms any CBRN gas mask into overpressure mask. Main Features & Advantages. Robust: The ONYX 45 is made from a rigid case and utilizes a heavy-duty blower engine, batteries, and mechanical parts. Comfort: The Onyx 45 creates overpressure within the interior of the mask, allowing relaxed breathing during standard tasks. Connectivity: The ONYX 45 includes a standard thread and can be connected to protective systems manufactured in accordance with NBC standards. Long Operation time: up to 18 hours of continuous work. Filter: The filter is manufactured per requirements defined by Israeli authorities’ specifications. Used by the Israeli Armi IDF. The ONYX transforms any CBRN gas mask into overpressure masks. Comfort: The Onyx 90 provides 90 Liter /minute of constant airflow for user comfort and relax breathing and lowered breathing resistance creates overpressure within the interior of the mask, to prevent the entry of chemical and biological contaminants. Compatible with all Safety gas masks with 40 mm NATO connector. Supplied with AA batteries for up to 9 hours of run time. The Onyx – 90 advanced and enhanced respirator blower is designed for evacuation teams and other personnel engaged in strenuous activity in dangerous environments. The Onyx – 90 blower creates overpressure within the interior of the mask, to prevent the entry of chemical and biological contaminants. The Onyx – 90 blower supplies approximately 90 liters of air per minute, via two personal filters.
