A used and well worn out US made Small Box Respirator, of unknown size and exact model. The bag has been obviously worn and discolored over time but the only notable damage is shown the last picture being a small tear. The hose has been damaged and separated from the mask and there’s a notable tear where it joins with the filter. The mask has hardened with time and would have to be forced open if that was wanted.
