SGE150 Face Seal made from highly chemical resistant butyl-rubber. Soft inner orinasal provides exceptional comfort, made from medical grade silicone rubber. Quick release harness with six adjustable straps. Controlled air flow prevents fogging of the visor. Extremely durable polycarbonate visor has been tested to resist a 1/4 inch steel ball, that was propelled at 335 MPH without cracking or damaging the face shield. The mask was also tested for heat resistance and will not catch fire or melt at 800 Degrees C (1472 F) for 5 Sec. Or 200 degrees C (372 F) for a duration of 6 Min. Tecnopro full face masks meet the requirements of EN 136 and are CE marked Tecnopro full face masks can be used with all standard 40mm NATO threaded filters in compliance with EN 148-1 (DIN 3183) and with powered respirators and airlines. A: Hi there, the 150 is designed to be a good but inexpensive model of SGE mask. For that reason, it is the only model that does not have the option to have it made with a drinking capability. The 400 is the next one up & it can be gotten with drinking system; You can take the screw cap that connects to the top of the canteen cap and add it to the Camelbak to make a working system; You do need to get the 400 with drinking system though (or 400/3 or other model WITH the drinking feature installed) to do that… Overall all models utilize the same design & clear polycarbonate face shield, so all are very good but the 150 cant be produced with the drinking system installed. The other differences on the 400, 400/3, etc. Are a more chem & scratch resistant coating on the lens thats not done on the 150’s & the facial seal on the higher models is made from a more comfortable (but still chem resistant) medical grade silicone rubber blend vs the 150 has a butyl rubber facial seal (still good, & highly chemical resistant), but not as comfy.
